Monaco was Styled Luxe Modern Contemporary

About the Project:
Monaco is a modern contemporary family home that was designed with absolute style and opulence in mind.

Unique Design Elements:
The most unique ascetic of a Singaporean designed home is the open plan that blends the indoor with the outdoor. The interconnected space allows breezes and air movement to circulate.

As a stylist, I have always gravitated to using Fang Shui in my styling and design work. In this instance, I used Fang Shui in different elements of this home, from free flowing water in reflection ponds, front and back of the property, not seeing closed doors when entering communal rooms (note: this permits the clear, unobstructed flow of harmonious energy) as well as a open floor plan that leads itself to good airflow and a cohesive space for furnishings.

Materials & Colour Pallet:
Monaco’s colour pallet needed to reflect the location, SE QLD is a sub-tropical climate for this reason my design and styling finishing were tropical-inspired utilising, burnt oranges, somber greys, natural stone in the bathrooms, timber look privacy fins looking into the c-shaped courtyard, white washed walls and pops of the mentioned hues in my wallpapers to add flair.

I will touch on designing and styling with fang shui in my up coming blog on this website.
